I found Cornerstone through Angi’s List. Dean reached out to me immediately for my home inspection. I think I talked to him Monday and he met me at the home Wednesday at 7am for the inspection. I needed the report right away for closing on Friday. He did such a thorough job with great photos. He found 6 deficiencies that the contractor had to repair before closing. Thank you Dean!

Day of the inspection, He was early, kept good communication, was very thorough and was excellent at explaining every finding, including items that we’re not flagged, for general information. He was able to answer all questions thoroughly and had a great attitude in general. Very delightful to work with. Would highly recommend!
