Ron and Kevin were great. There were a few hiccups through no fault of anyone, delivery of the skylights took a little longer than expected and the weather didn't cooperate for a few days, but Ron kept us updated on project status and was extremely helpful moving furniture and providing constant updates. Now that all the skylights have been replaced I'm hoping we won't have to do again anytime soon but if anyone asks for a reference I'll highly recommend Ron and Complete Skylights. We got four estimates, 2 were sales men trying to sell us skylights/roof/gutters/gutter guards and were very pushy. The other option was a newer company and didn't offer the warranty Complete Skylights did on work so we went with Ron. Great choice!!! One thing Velux is backlogged on solar blinds due to the chip shortage. Once the three we need are in Ron will be back to install them:)

The company called Monday and said they would be out Tuesday. They never came. I called them Thursday and they never came out. I guess when I told him I only wanted to replace one skylight it was not a big enough job.
