The sales people are very knowledgeable and friendly. I actually stopped by their store many times. I was looking to buy hardwood flooring from them as well, but I never found something that I liked, but I did end up getting carpeting from them and that is something that I did have them install. The installation crew, well they actually were in and out in probably two to three hours, so I didn't get to know them very well. There were no problems so they just came in, did their thing and left, and everything was great, no problems. The sales people I got to know pretty well. I was taking home samples of all sorts of stuff, so I consider it to be a very pleasant place to do business with. They don't put any pressure or anything, and I was happy that I was able to at least get some carpeting from them. I have no complaints anywhere.

I am very impressed with the quality of the carpet. The two men who installed the carpet did a fantastic job. They took their time and had many difficult cuts to do. I highly recommend this company. It's nice that we matter! Even the man who came out to measure. Took his time to do the figures. Not much scraps left. Everyone was very professional.

We went to the show room and spoke to a salesman, we told him it was for a family room that has alot of activity and he recommended carpet that they had in the warehouse to us. He said that I'd get sick of it before it wore out and it was alot cheaper! They had the carpet installed within 3 days. I love my carpet and was very satisfied with the installation.

They were a wonderful company to work with. It seems that they really want their clients to be happy. They were also the cheapest company from all of the other companies that I checked.

DINO CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE WITH SAMPLES ON A SUNDAY. THAT SAYS A LOT, PLUS THE FACT HIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY CARPET CLEANER. HE HAD THE BEST PRICES OUT OF 6 ESTIMATES. I DIDN'T GO WITH HIM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CARRY MY COMMERCIAL GRADE CARPET THAT I WANTED. ESTIMATED COST WAS $4,600.
