+ -1 moreHired B & Z to install a new American Standard furnace and A/C, and air filter unit. I paid extra for the multi zone A/C unit. The install went fine, but that was it. I've had problems with my bedroom not cooling and B & Z will not offer any help with this problem. My old 60% efficient A/C unit worked better. I have call B & Z numerous times and they will not return the calls. I'll have to spend extra money on a different company to have the problem solved.
Description of Work: I've had an on going problem since the installation and B & Z has not fixed the problem. He does not return calls or offer any solutions. Very, very poor business man. Would not recommend and very surprised American Standard allows him to sell their product

+ -1 moreB&Z does all my HVAC. I am a property manager of numerous rental properties. B&Z is responsive, priced fairly and get it done right the first time.
Description of Work: Cleaned and serviced a severely neglected furnace in a building I just took over management on. Prompt, professional, and thorough. This furnace experienced several years of a severe cockroach infestation. B&Z thoroughly cleaned and serviced it, it runs perfectly now!
