At construction did a fantastic job on my James Hardie siding and Pella windows in Mokena,IL. I highly recommend At construction. Adam was very good on keeping us up to date on the project daily. Their attention to detail is amazing.

Adam is friendly, energetic and thoroughly prepared. He brought pictures, prepared presentation documents and samples to our initial meeting. His quote and contract documents are professional beyond the level of other contractors that I have dealt with over the years. He was punctual for all appointed meetings. He contacted us proactively and responded quickly to inquiries. His on-site team was polite, friendly, demonstrated excellent work ethic, were well organized and paid meticulous attention to detail. Adam personally supervised and participated in our entire build. When they finished, our property was thoroughly cleaned of all debris, material and equipment. We are delighted with our new deck.

I hired AT Construction to replace the old gutters on my home. Adam, the owner, scheduled a consultation and provided a very reasonable quote for new gutters to be installed. We scheduled a date for the installation, and they were even able to get here a few weeks earlier with an opening in their schedule. They found some rotted fascia boards along the way and took care of them. The new gutters and downspouts are very nice and look great on the house. I'll definitely be reaching out to Adam for any other home improvement needs I have in the future.

We found AT Construction from researching various deck contractors online. We were looking to tear down and build a new deck with pergola and privacy screen. We had multiple other contractors come out to provide quotes. Adam (the owner) took the time to measure, take pictures, review our design and provided a detailed, quote same day that even included various optional prices based on the quality of material ranges and project options. No other contractor came close to the level of service and professionalism. Not even close. We went with AT Construction. Adam worked with us to finalize the design on paper, helped with Permit application details needed for our city, and was ultra-responsive through back and forth emails during the whole process. When we signed the formal contract, it was clear what we would be paying for at each stage of the process and itemized so we know exactly what we were getting. When the build started, the AT crew was fantastic, professional and very attentive to detail. The job site was cleaned up daily, so we could still use our yard for dogs/kids. They made tons of progress every day and were finished just under 3 weeks. Adam went out of his way to correct issues the previous deck builders made. When we asked for slight changes from the original design, Adam was accommodating and helpful to lend expertise. If and when we have any future projects for decks, siding, windows, etc.; AT Construction will be our immediate first choice. Thanks Adam! -Mike

I was very happy with the work that Adam did. He explained what had caused the problem (freezing of the downspout) and not only replaced it but addressed the contributing factors leading to water backing up to the house (original downspout too short), As a result, I have asked Adam to provide quotes regarding a couple of other exterior household jobs. Very satisfied customer.

I've had Adam to my house multiple times to clean my gutters. The aspects of his work that I most appreciate are his timeliness in answering my call and getting the work done. He takes before and after pictures of his work on the roof which is a great idea. I'm not going to go on the roof to see what he did! Thanks Adam, I will be calling you back in the future. I highly recommend his services, he does a great job!

The work was done extremely well by AT Construction Inc. The owner Mr. Adam Tylcza was very professional, his price was fair and his work is exceptional. His crew were always prompt and worked diligently to a good job and to complete the project on time. The crew cleaned up after each day. It is difficult to find good people to work on your property and to give fair prices for construction jobs. We will use AT Construction for any future construction projects! I found Adam and his team at AT Construction by doing a google search for a gutter installation provider. I was impressed by his previous customers reviews and used him and one other provider for my estimates on my gutter project. I bought an estate sale home in Palos Park that did not have any existing gutters and had basement seepage so it was pretty important to get this done quick. Not only was Adam very knowledgeable, but very efficient. He sent me the estimate within 24 hours and could start within the week. The other provider contacted me with an estimate when Adam had already started. You know what I told them! I have since used Adam for a friend's home gutters in Burbank that went very well and once again within a week. He also researched my roof flashing and vent problem with the squirrels stealing them. He installed critter keepers that will completely fix the problem for the future. I have now asked Adam to work on an estimate for my double deck! I feel very comfortable moving forward with my fourth project with Adam. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, knowledge and expedient nature. You will not be disappointed! I wish all small construction companies worked like AT Construction, but they don't. That is what makes working with Adam so special!
