Edyta has remembered from the first date which jobs I particularly would like her to do and which jobs I don't worry about. I really appreciate her willingness and no-hassle work. Our townhouse isn't large -- and I don't mind doing certain tasks, like heavy spring/fall cleaning, kitchen cleaning, laundry, ironing and tidying up. But Edyta will always dust thoroughly and roll up our five small-medium area rugs to wash the underlying wood floors with Murphy's Oil soap -- jobs that other cleaning folks have not done without supervision. I highly recommend Anna's Cleaning and Edyta's work!

It went great. Edita and Anna arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned my house in 3 hours and did a really great job. The house is small, a living room, dining room, bedroom, family room, kitchen and bathroom, but it's crammed with stuff and was really dusty and dirty. I'm still looking in all the nooks and crannies for dirt missed but have been unable to find any. Great job - I would highly recommend them.

We had just closed on a new condo the day before and the sellers had left things very messy when they moved out, so we needed a full scrub-down of the place. What complicated things was that the movers had just brought my stuff the morning of the cleaning, so there were a lot of boxes piled up in the center of the room that were hard to clean around. However, we figured we would focus on cleaning all of the bathrooms, cleaning upstairs since there weren't really boxes there, and cleaning in the kitchen. The girls were very nice, prompt, and took care of almost everything that I had pointed out to them; however, I didn't realize that I'd need to list every single item that I wanted cleaned and by just focusing on the stuff that I thought really needed some work, that was all they did. They didn't mop upstairs at all, didn't clean the windows, and there was quite a lot that we had to clean on our own after they left since they hadn't gotten it. Given the complications of having the boxes around and realizing that I need to specifically point out every item (big or small, standard or not) that needs cleaning, I would work with them again and hope that with greater direction & specificity, the overall service would be improved.

I have used Anna 3 times so far. Anna comes w/2 other women to clean my 4 bdrm, 2 bathroom house. Each time I feel like they have done a spring cleaning. They thoroughly clean and they organize whatever appears to be out of place. They don't take too long, yet they do a great job.
