I brought the rugs to Advantage Steam at a pre-arranged time on Saturday morning. They were ready the next week when promised and again I picked them up at a pre-arranged time on Saturday.The work was performed well. The company seems to take pride in how careful they are with the cleaning process. And the owner was warm and friendly. I would use Advantage again, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great responsiveness when calling to schedule. All of the carpet stains were removed and the carpeting looks like new again. Incredible price for the service.

This company was very easy to get in contact with and make the appointment. I thought that they were good. Especially with the price. I would like to call them back in about a month. The quality was pretty good, as well, and they did a nice job.

I really liked how responsive and fast they were in getting here. I thought it was really nice how they were capable of getting the water out of the steps even though that was not part of their job.

Overall it was average, they removed 50% of the stains out of the carpeting in the living and dining room, in the lower level family room it did not look like they cleaned the carpet at all and they did. That was disappointing.

My living room carpet is old and this is the last year we are going to tread on it. I called several companies and they quoted me from $222 to $96. I called Advantage,whose number I found in Angie's list. The lady quoted me $51 with stain repellent to be applied. The owner whose name is Ray came on a Saturday and was on time. He did an excellent job. He is a one man team and works from his house with his wife. He is dependable, punctual, and was the least expensive.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND ALWAYS ACCOMODATING. THEY DO A GREAT JOB, AND I HAVE NEVER HD ANY PROBLEMS. THIS SMALL FAMILY COMPANY IS GOOD AS ANY BUG COMPANY.

I HAVE VERY LIGHT COLORED CARPET AND IT WAS FILTHY. I GOT THEIR PHONE NUMBER FROM AN AD IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER. AFTER THEY CLEANED MY CARPET, IT WAS LIKE BRAND NEW. WHEN YOU CALL THEM, THEY COME TO YOUR HOME VERY QUICKLY. THEY COME IN, CLEAN AND LEAVE VERY QUICKLY. MY PAST EXPERIENCE WITH CARPET CLEANERS IS THAT IT'S A HALF-DAY PROJECT TO GET THE JOB DONE. NOT WITH THESE GUYS!! THEY ARE FAST AND THE CARPET WILL BE BEAUTIFUL WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY HAVE CLEANED MY CARPETS, CHAIRS AND COUCHES TOO. THEY 'HAVE THE HOTTEST STEAM ON THE SOUTH SIDE.' I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
