We have a 45+ year old house, with 3" pipes and T connectors, so the line has clogged repeatedly over the years. This time was particularly difficult, but Joe worked through the issues, including some surprises (old clean out hidden in ventilation) and consulted with me on options. I was completely satisfied with the end result, and his solution should make future clogging issues easier to resolve. Will definitely use A1 Superior plumbing again.

I was pleased with how efficient and personable Joe was, but I was expecting to pay about one hundred less than what I was charged. I’m pleased that the problem was fixed and my clog is gone. I would hire this company again because I have complete confidence in Joe’s ability and repair work.

I called A-1 Superior Plumbing and they answered the call. They were able to accommodate my schedule and were out the following day and replaced the ejector pump. My dealings with this company were positive. Joe, who came to my home to do the job, was professional and efficient and I would definitely use them again.

Joe was quick to find the problem and mostly had all the necessary tools and fixtures with him in truck. Wouldn’t take a chance with any other plumber!

We had some strange symptoms and Joe responding quickly. After hearing that we had sewer gas smells and a toilet overflow, he quickly determined that our sewer line needed to be cleared. He rodded out the line from our clean out pipe, and checked that the line was flowing well. This resolved our problems.

I called on Jan. 2nd at 1:07pm (as my phone records indicated), I was told the earliest they could be out would be Thursday between 3:30 and 5:30pm. I made arrangements to be home during that time frame and they never showed up. At 6:15 I called and was told they never talked to me or made an appointment I must have called someone else, then I was told wait you cancelled that appointment. I told them no and that my phone record shows I made a call to this number on the 2nd and 1:07pm. They said they had no record of it. Said they could be out on Saturday by 11am. Made the appointment. Called Friday at 3:20 to let them know I had another plumber Nd I was going to cancel the appointment. Thought I would let them know. The person asked again why and I told him I got another plumber to come out. He said "Yea right" and hung up on me. So, if you want someone who is unreliable and rude this would be your guy.

Joe was prompt, professional and his evaluation of my water damage was invaluable! He analyzed the water damage source caused by the attic bathroom shower, which in turn leaked onto the dining room ceiling...causing major water damage to the plaster. Based on his superb experience and expertise, Joe conducted a couple of tests to locate the source of the problem. At this point he realized that the water damage was not caused by a piping source, but a structural issue in the shower. He was very thorough and explicit in his explanation of how this water traveled to cause this type of damage. Therefore, a bathroom ceramic tile contractor would best fit my needs for this work. It all made perfect sense and I truly thank him for his expertise and direction with my issue WITHOUT CHARGE!!!! Thank you so very much, Joe and A-1 Plumbing! Highly recommended!

He came on time, did the work quickly-he charges by the job-and quietly. Not quite as clean as I would've liked. The price was far too much ( I know about plumbing just too out of shape). The Angie's List coupon wasn't accepted. He said it was already included in the price even though he didn't know I went through Angie's List. In summary, good work, professional, on time but too expensive and a bit shady re: my coupon.

very happy with experience. very worry free. called to state non-emergent need, received estimated cost over the phone and was able to get an appointment set on the first call. plumber was available within 2 days and set appointment time with one hour window. plumber showed up on time, seemed thorough and very professional. i do not know how favorable the pricing was, but given it only took 20 minutes to look at reviews, select a vendor, and schedule the work, even if i paid a markup, it was totally worth it. dealing with contractors had never been this easy.
