He took extra time and measures to ensure I felt comfortable with the process and went by my requests for boundaries via the flag placements and gave clear instructions yet gave options letting me feel I was in charge. Called them on very short notice and asked them to come out and look at a transfer of a pet fence. He came out gave a look at it and he was able to get it done very quickly and within our time schedule. Very reasonable price and great value. He is very professional, l am very satisfied. He gave us follow up. Very flexible, great to work with and excellent service
