I was quoted approximately $300 when the job was done 11/2 hours later was charged $ 729 to have 20 feet of gas line at $9 dollars a foot. I was hugely over charged and the Office manager called me to rant 4 times, two of which I did not answer the phone. The plumber drilled a hole in my foundation to stuff a hose through then secure it to the ceiling. Job done after he made two trips because he forgot his drill. I did pay $400 but refused to pay more. Office Manager expected me to pay for second trip to compensate for forgetting his tools. They also gave me a time frame 8am to 11am but did not show up until 1:00pm

I decided that the quote for the amount of work to be done was very, very high. Then when I called to question why it was so high, I did not get any answers.

Not happy here. I called for a plumber in the morning. While I was not promised same day service, I was given the impression that it was possible and told I would get a call. At 2:45pm I called to see what the status was and was told no-one would be able to make it today and they are closed for the weekend. Their excuse is that they've been getting a lot of furnace calls today which are given priority. I'm sympathetic to those who have no heat, but last I checked, plumbing and HVAC are two different professions. I'm mad because I have been sitting around all day waiting for someone to show up and no-one bothered to call me and let me know I would not be getting service today. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Clearly, they're not interested in my business.

They are on Angie's List. They worked in conjunction with another provider to prepare the work for the final job. They got right out here and got it down very efficiently. I liked the fact that they were efficient, friendly and professional. They did have to do some follow up on some of their work and it was probably something that was overlooked. It was something minor but they got right out and got it rectified.

Denny came out as scheduled and handled all of my requests in a professional manner with a pleasant attitude. He answered my questions and offered reasonable advice. He returned the next day and connected my new sink and plumbing. I was very satisfied with the service and feel that the cost was fair and reasonable.

They were great. They were super fast; they were here an hour after I called them. They came back the next day and completed the challenging work. They had to drop a large pipe approximately 125 feet down in the well. I have a deck built over the well house. I thought they would have to tear my deck apart, but then just simply cut one board on my whole deck. They only cut a 5" hole in that board and fed the pipe down the opening. They did a wonderful job.
