Baird & Warner

We were looking to buy a home. The sellers used a Baird & Warner agent named Liz Gantz. The deal fell through. Went to buy another home and found out B&W were saying negative things about us, which caused the second seller to not take our offer. So in our experience Liz Gantz and B&W is that they are a slimy, dishonorable group. We wanted to warn others by telling our experience.

It was excellent and went very well.

We always know that Karen is looking out for our best interests and we don't have to worry. If you want someone who really has your back, is detail oriented, yet conscientious to make sure you get exactly what you want, you need to go with Karen. We highly, highly recommend her to others.

My overall experience with them was excellent. They gave me a wide variety of houses that I could choose from that were in my budget. They were professional.

Joe is an amazing realtor! His communications are superb. He specializes in mid-century modern but can handle anything. He helped us buy our Lake Shore Drive apartment. He spent many hours with us looking at properties. Once he knew what we wanted he offered some excellent suggestions. He provided excellent on-line information, including comparable sales histories. This helped us formulate our offer. We were buying long distance. He did so many extra things he didn't have to do--like sending us photos, attending the closing, even going in and taking measurements for us. I can't say enough good things about him.
