Not well. They had the whole system installed and realized it was a one stage. I should have made them pull it out. I had nothing but problems with it from that point on. Plus, even though it was a new, never used system, it was already a discontinued model. Never again!

They put in a new furnace at the same time. They were very responsive. I had a few problems with them so I would not recommend John's. The problem they had was with the air conditioner. They had to replace it. It was a brand new one and as far as we can tell they replaced it with a smaller unit.

When I was getting estimates to have my furnace replaced, I had called a few different places. John's was the only place that took the time to explain my options and give me a complete estimate. They told me that it was going to cost me around $2500. John's came in, removed all the old duct-work and furnace, and installed all new. They were very polite and clean. I even had to call them back to the house about 8yrs later for a faulty thermostat. The gentleman that came in tested everything and determined that the thermostat was indeed bad. An approximate $70 later and the furnace was running like it should again.

It went very well and fast too! Matt identified the problem right away and knew exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. And fortunately he had the part with him that he needed to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went very well, these folks are absolutely great, they put my hot water in immediately , si I could get back into my house, the parts for the furnace and ductwork had to be ordered and made so that took longer .. but they worked on it every day till it was done..

They came quickly. There was one issues I had and they came right out and fixed it.

The problem was the pipe didn't go all the way through our O-ring and so the water was flowing back through the tub surround and down into the basement and also through the side of the tub and onto the bathroom floor. We didn't know at the time when we called them what was the problem , they estimated that it would probably cost us around $500 or $600. He arrived to the house a few hours late, he said it was because the call that he was on before us took a lot longer than expected. He looked at the bathtub and figured out that the pipe wasn't long enough. All he had to do was solder on a piece of copper so it would extend far enough into the O-ring and that should solve the leaking problem. As he was doing this, the 90 piece of the pipe ended up bending, so he had to replace that part as well. He had to cut open the tub surround a bit to get to it, but he got everything fixed. Over all it was a good experience, he was nice and explained really well on what he was doing and what he had to do. Since it was a lot easier fix than expected, it only cost $151.72. I would hire these guys again.

They stuck to their estimate. They were very professional. They did what they said they would do. The unit worked fine as well. They were always here on time. They did an excellent job on the hot water heater installation as well. I would use their services in the future too.
