AR BE GARAGE DOOR

These people are u professional and their “family-owned” business is a joke. My family also runs a business and they would NEVER treat their customers the way I’ve been treated the past 3 days. The 1st day, the guys truck broke down, the 2nd day the guy just couldn’t make it, no reason given... the 3rd day today... their receptionist ( most likely a relative) DOWNRIGHT LIED saying that she called me numerous times and she “made notes about it”. She must be archaic not to understand that you CANT LIE about calling because phones hold the record... idiot! Then I hear the excuse oh ur in Chicago.....well... like how is this guy traveling... by pony express??? Oak Lawn and Chicago are 20 mins away from each other??!! ***! Well.... there goes buying a door from Ar Be......because if this is how they treat customers needing a door fixed .... I can imagine how they treat customers AFTER they’ve purchased a door.... pathetic way to run a business.
