Overall a very good experience with PACC solutions. They did a great job working with the insurance company to ensure everything was properly approved, which was a huge value add. We ran into a few hiccups with the execution of work by the contractors, but with close management they ultimately corrected the issues and delivered in a timely manner. We are very happy with our finished project and despite the hiccups, would use them again.

PACC was very diligent working with us and ensuring that our insurance company assessed our roof damage appropriately and as a result, we were able to get our roof replaced as needed. They did a good job communicating throughout the process keeping us in the loop the entire time. While they were able to replace our roof and do it well, there was one issue that arose during and post-project which caused a little concern. It took a little over a month to resolve but fortunately, they continued to work with us and we resolved everything satisfactorily. We will absolutely consider using them for other remodel projects around our house.

Alfredo was our point person. He was extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the job. He answered every question we had. He and PACC Solutions fought hard to get us a new roof. The roofing crew were consummate professionals. They worked hard and paid attention to every detail before, during, and after the job was finished. They completed the job in one day. Great communication until the job was scheduled. Weather played a factor in having to reschedule the work but the day/time was never relayed until the crew arrived to do the work. Overall the roof and gutters look great. Once on-site the work was completed quickly.

After years of being nervous about moving forward with a public adjuster or really any 3rd party to do some needed improvements on our house, my wife and I took a leap of faith. It was all jump started with such a caring, transparent, and thorough conversation with Rakeli. It was worth it. Everything he broke down to us was the experience we were soon to have. His team worked closely with our insurance company to get a fair estimate of the repairs needed. Without Pacc, we would have been stuck on the first step and honestly, wouldn't have made much progress...at least nowhere near what we were able to get complete. They took great care with our gutters and house. Siding too. Each agent, contractor, representative, showed care for our family, our time, and the future of our home. Thank you for all you've done. We had PACC Solutions replace our hail damage roof. They made the process very easy for us, coordinating the claim with the insurance company, obtaining the building permit, and ultimately installing the new roof. We even changed colors of the gutter apron and drip edge at the last minute and they gladly accommodated our request. The crew did a fabulous job and the roof looks great. We have received a number of compliments from the neighbors. We couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with PACC solutions. I was like most people, a little weary when a random company shows up to offer a free roof inspection but I am glad that I took the time to hear them out. The process took a little while due to some back and forth with insurance but ultimately PACC solutions was able secure a new roof and gutters for my home. Throughout the whole processes they advocated for me and negotiated with my insurance company when they only wanted to cover a few shingles. Overall a smooth and straight forward process. Longest part of the process is insurance approval. After that the roof was done in a day and gutters the next day. Great company to work with.
