Description of Work: The pack up went very well,I didn't realize how detailed they'd be with packing. The arrival of my goods was a little behind schedule but that worked out (since I had to clean my place). The delivery was smooth but I incurred 1-2 scuffs on my items, but it was handled well.

Description of Work: I recently moved from Orlando, FL to Seattle, WA for a new job. Coleman American was very professional and punctual for the pickup and delivery of our home. Some damage was noted, but not unexpected for a 3,000 mile move. We have the full zero-deductible insurance coverage and will use that to cover any of the broken items. The workers were extremely friendly and nice, especially Paul and Ish. We will definitely use them again in the future. They treated our belongings like they were their own. I am not sure how the response is regarding broken items because we have not submitted a damage report yet.

Description of Work: We moved from Chicago to Albuquerque. We we very impressed with the driver provided, and the handling of our move.

Description of Work: They moved our household furniture from Illinois to Massachusetts and they did an excellent job. No damage to our furniture and all done in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Terrible. Bent mattress scratched floor 50 boxes left in my garage they wanted to leave at 1:Po to pick up his girlfriend I don't think I am moving again

Description of Work: I thought they were a little rough handling furniture/boxes. |They broke the entry light after I told them to go another way - too much of a rush. Driver gets an A. movers a D.

Description of Work: They moved us very professionally from Houston to Cape Cod. Gave us not an estimate but a fixed price, and it was better than the estimates rec'd from other movers. No damage or losses.

Description of Work: We got estimates from several movers for a cross country move. We were impressed with our initial contact with the sales people from Excel moving (The Allied agent in the Triangle) and though theirs wasn't the lowest quote it was very competitive and we decided to go with them. We are very glad we did. The packer came a day before the move and got everything ready and on the day of the move a crew of 5 showed up at the time specified and got everything loaded in the truck. The truck arrived at our new home on the day we requested and the smaller unloading crew were thoroughly professional and worked hard all day to get our stuff unloaded and placed where we wanted it. Moving is rarely a pleasant experience, but our use of Excel/Allied was very nice.
