Lost items. They rushed and scuffed up my newly painted walls. They did not fully reassemble the beds or furniture they took apart. I had them pack only a few boxes and they still managed to lose lamp parts.

They did a great job, very pleased

Showed no interest in my business. The guy was half asleep and even yawned in my ear. Unbelievable, do not know how Allied even stays in business with reps like that!!

Moving out of state. The men worked carefully any quickly. They were amazing!

Pack and load was on same day, so it was a long day. I was given a delivery time frame between 3 days after the load to 7 days after the load. Sadly, it did take the full 7 days, and there was some damages to my new floors from the move-in, but overall, the move accomplished what I needed.

Even though the workers were very professional the company was not clear at the very beginning of our negotiation about delivery schedule and the final amount I had to pay to get my boxes a week after I moved to my new apartment was almost doubled... would not recommend them for this reason.

Did what they said they would do and followed timeframes as requested. Good people.
