on time, professional. everything well packed

The movers did an excellent job. All items arrived intact. The van arrived a day earlier than our contract stated. We were driving across country and had to cut our vacation short. Other than that, the move went smoothly.

Did not follow up on one item they misplaced. Not interested in following up on it. The actual movers were incredibly nice to deal with.

Everyone was helpful and open to communication. The movers on both ends of the move worked hard and were also personable and polite...and on time. Our belongings arrived safely.

They were on the pricier end of the companies I called but I trusted their quote - my contact was experienced and thorough at estimating the amount of household goods! This helped my confidence there would be no mysterious increases when it came time for delivery. The crew on the front end that packed my goods and then loaded them was excellent; I haven't had any breakage and I've unpacked dishes, knick-knacks, and lamps. The unloading crew was also great in getting the boxes to the right rooms, furniture set-up, and the piano into the house.

One of the two movers worked extremely hard and with great care. The other guy took lots of breaks.

If you get Angel to move you, call the office and get someone else. He may be good at what he does but he can't keep his mouth closed.

the pickup crew was awesome, quick, pleasant. when delivers came, could not get semi around turns, so had to get a Uhaul which was good, but had to get back to his truck in 2 hours, so none of the boxes were opened upon arrival and there was damage a box of fragile glass items which no one has called to see how delivery went. a chip on top right back of the dresser, piece of veneer off left back of china hutch, shattered milk glass globes tp the brass floor lamp, cracked picture glass, broken platter. these were out of the same box, looked like it had been dropped on the corner. they were very pleasant handlers though, and the driver said the medium 2 doors, 2 shelf storage container I asked about had been broken when he picked up in the Carolinas and he had turned in a claim. but no one has contacted me, and I left them an email. so I have mixed reviews.
