They were fast and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would do and were very professional.

Because my garage floor was not even, the door had to be adjusted and a wider strip was needed. Will took care of this and we were completely satisfied. We also received a great deal on the door.

Our garage door broke monday, they came over that night and took our measurements and replaced the garage door and its parts the very next morning. Everyone we spoke to was so nice, and they did a great job.

My experience with Garage Plus could not have been much better. The estimator was at my place on the day that I asked for a bid. Unfortunately, the installers didn't finish the other two installations scheduled for the day of our installation, so our installation got moved to the next work day. The foreman and the two installers were at our place early the next day and finished the job in less than two hours. The price was fair for the quality of the materials we wanted. The folks we worked with were all courteous and friendly.

Mr. Santiago kept all appointments. Was professional, straightforward and expalined all of the pros and cons. I very much appreciate the work completed by him and the installer as the installation was a bit unique due to the location my garage. Great followup! I would defintely forward his name to anyone needing service.

Extremely prompt reply to my query -- Will Santiago called within minutes. He gave me reasonable estimates for repair and replacement of damaged garage door in a damaged door frame and explained in detail how the damage to the frame influenced the overall project. He also showed me why a different spring mechanism was more efficient and reliable. I chose to replace the door, and the work was done in 2 days. The only thing that extended the project past 4 hours (without changing cost to me) was the workers' discovery (not mine) that one of the panels was defective and so they returned the next day with a replacement panel. Acceptable cleanup.

I hired Willy and Tony from garage plus to replace my parent's 1.5 car garage door. They gave a very detailed and competitive quote and followed it up with top-notch service. The door was installed yesterday and my parents could not be happier. I accidentally over-paid at installation and Willy called me back and dropped off a refund check! Very Honest and detail orientated. We have already recommended this company to our friends.

Will called me within a very short period of time after placing my inquiry and proceeded to explain that there was a guarantee and discussed possible supplies/materials that may be required and whether or not I purchased them. He then explained that he would provide any necessary brackets or what not and that it would be included in the price. His quote was the higher of the three I received (within $10.00) but he was the most informative upfront, was very friendly, and offered assurances that the first gentleman failed to do. The technician Will sent last Saturday was experienced, got job done within 3-4 hrs and we are very pleased.

What a great experience ! ! ! Will Santiago quoted us a great price on replacing our old, very heavy wood garage dor with a steel one. He came out and went over every detail with me and my husband. The installation was fast and exactly as described, they cleaned everything up and took the old door away for us. We are thrilled with our new door. I cannot give enough compliments for this service. Fast and professional. I'm a tough critic because I used to install myself and I must say that Will's crew was great. With a brick install you never know and these poor guys had to install and remove it 3 x's before it met their standard!!! One day done and I'll be back.
