Prompt response and knowledgable technician.

I've worked with two companies from home advisor .com now, both cases the workers did excellent work in a timely manner and charged exactly what was quoted. However upon leaving they were paid by check, both outfits promised that their office would send an email receipt and neither one has to this point.

Their technician Joe was smart, made quick work of fixing my broken door, and took the time to talk to me about proper maintenance and things to consider in the near future to ensure that the overhead doors and motors continued to be reliable.

I couldn't be happier!! Door looks great and was exactly what I wanted, very satisfied with how it turned out! Will called right away and was in constant contact to make sure he had all the details and got everything right. Very professional and he went above and beyond to explain everything and really made sure I was taken care of. Freddy and Rafael arrived on time are were very professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed with how meticulous they were! When they were laying out all the parts and checking things over multiple times I knew I was in good hands. Afterwards they cleaned everything up and did a great job spot checking and re-checking their work to make sure it was done correctly and to my liking. Again their attention to detail and professionalism was top-notch! Great company and great people, would highly recommend!

Good job,could have been cleaner with material,and with the hand cleanliness,I had to wipe door down due to greasy hands,they also need to have the installer organize his vehicle so that any extra material he needs he does not have to empty his truck to find something.I only got a receipt from the online agreement,need to give customers a receipt stating the amount due was paid,first time that has happened,and they pieced in my weatherstripping due to a wrong measurement,and did not tell me,it is not real bad ,but should have been done properly

From the time of contact to the installation was literally a day and a half! Upfront they very thoroughly informed me about my choices. I felt extremely educated to make a decision that was right for me. All individuals involved were professional. They showed up on time and left my garage clean when they were finished. I even got a great demonstration on the proper lubrication to keep the door working great for years to come.

Manager was quick with call and came out quickly to install door. Value was good for services rendered. I would use again.

I had a good experience with this vendor. Although I had called really late in the day, they sent someone to measure the spring the same day and performed the work next day. They also charged nominal fees and gave 3 year warranty for the parts and 1 year for labor which was great. The garage door is working now and will re-post if anything changes.

Joe was top notch. He worked quickly, cleanly, and a true professional. Joe explained everything he did, he was kind and patient with us, making sure we understood everything we were getting and how to use it properly, Thanks Joe.
