HE HAS COME OUT TWICE, AND BOTH TIMES HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

It went great. Kenny is very pleasant, very professional. He showed up on time, did the work well, worked quickly, left the place neat, charged a reasonable price. Several of the projects were a little tricky, and he figured out creative ways to handle them.

Have used Ken before, and like before, he did an excellent job. He's timely, clean and professional. He's a little hard to get in touch with, and I found communicating with him via email was better.

Ken was on time, very friendly, cleaned up after himself. He even changed his shoes every time he went in and out. I certainly would hire him again. He did great work!

Ken returned phone calls promptly, was always on time, (or would call if he was running a few minutes late), I gave him a to-do list and he worked on it over the course of 3 different days. He worked on the most urgent items first, made trips to the hardware store, etc. We will be calling Ken again!

The task was to prepare the house for sale. Ken Whitelaw was very professional in every respect. He was conscientious and also took the initiative in pointing out additional small improvements that would enhance the house's appearance. His estimate was accurate. He was always prompt. He was courteous and friendly, as was his associate, Mike, who also noticed additional places needing drywall repair that I hadn't noticed. The work was done expeditiously so that there would be no delay in putting the house on the market. I can recommend him highly.

I contacted Ken by phone and followed up by email with my task list. We set a date and he arrived right on time. He went to work right away and worked through the short list I had. He was friendly and conversational but efficient. He was very considerate about taking off his shoes and not tracking through the house and was very knowledgeable about how things work. I have been using another service that is also quite good, but very expensive, and his charges seemed quite reasonable to me. I will definitely call Ken the next time a need arises.

Ken Whitelaw was very responsive and able to shift his schedule around in order to complete the work in the small window of time I had available. It was a pleasant experience to have someone show up when they said and complete the work for the price quoted. Plus, he came up with a creative way to leave several speaker wires exposed in the ceiling in order that potential home buyers know I have surround sound, but that is also attractive and so doesn't turn buyers off. Lastly, he was able to educate me on what is feasible re-sealing the external wall space. And I'm comfortable that I'll be able to call him and have him check on the work while I'm out of town.

I had made a tremendous error in ordering my window treatments on line. Kenny was at my house doing another job, saw my problem and immediately began to envision creative solutions. He took the time to research ideas and look for sources of the materials he'd need. His eventual solution to my problem involves suspending my half-window treatments on copper wire. This looks beautiful (probably even better than if I didn't have the original problem that led him to the copper wire solution)! I am grateful for Kenny's ingenuity, knowledge, and resourcefulness in bringing his idea to life. After having worked with Kenny on two prior jobs, my confidence in his abilities kept me from panic over the mistake I had made, I was sure Kenny would get me out of this tight spot and he did! And my windows look fantastic!

Ken bought the grout, window hardware and molding per our request. He coordinated the grouting of the bathrooms so that we would always have a bathroom to use. We were very pleased with the grouting and tile work, and especially pleased with the molding. We already intend to call him again.

Showed up on time. Took my list and worked his way down the chores. Professional and tidy. Friendly.

I called and left a voicemail. Never received a return call.

We really wanted to do business with Kenny, the owner. However, he doesn't consistently return calls.

My experience with Kenny was very positive. Initially, there was a mix-up on the date he would perform the work- it really was my fault. He was very gracious about it. He spent all day at my home and completed a major portion of the work in a timely manner. This included determining what materials were needed, whether or not the items could be fixed or if it was better to replace them, going to the hardware store to purchase necessary items that neither he nor I already had, and performing the work. I have not yet discovered anything that he cannot fix! He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the work he did. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ken was prompt and did a great job on a variety of projects. I will call him again.

Job 1:Kenny was responsive to my initial call & patient w/telephone tag my work & lack of availability caused. Although he didn't have a true opening for a few weeks, he worked w/me to squeeze in part of a larger job. The work was done efficiently. He made suggestions as he went that I appreciated. When the new window air conditioners' installation made it clear I had underestimated the amount of work, Kenny made time to complete the work. When the work was done, he cleaned everything up, including all of the debris from the air conditioning packaging. Job 2:Kenny was on time. He worked on my 75 yr old porch light & was figuring out a way to repair it when I said I'd just pick up a new one. Kenny kept working on my list while I bought the light; he then installed it. He got through my list in quick time, made improvements as he went & repaired a ceiling fan w/loose blades that was making a noise. It's a pleasure to have Kenny working on my odd jobs & I ll call him again w/my next list.

Kenny was on time and did the jobs requested very well. I wanted him to rehang a porch swing and while he initially tried, he alerted us to the fact that we might save the swing but lose our 100-year-old tongue and grove ceiling. So instead, he took apart the hardware mounted to the ceiling. He also talked us out of patching a hole in a hollow door, telling us that we really needed a new door. We are already planning on having him back.

For the price, I expected higher quality.

After reading the other compliements regarding Ken, I decided to give him a try and YES, I am now a Ken's Fan club member! He is punctual, courteous, cleans up after himself, thinks of the most effective and efficient way to accomplish various small projects. Honest about what he can and cannot do and recommend a very good drywall person to help fix one of my drywall. His charges by the hour, the rate is reasonable and he gives an accurate estimate on how long it would take to finish all the projects. Best part was, he was the only handyman who showed up not just to quote but ready to start the job immediately (which he did!). So I did not have to take another day off from home! He is excellent and highly recommended.

Ken responded to my initial call very promptly, was very flexible in working with my schedule, did a terrific job, cleaned up after. He is also a very nice human being. I think his price was fair. I would recommend him very highly.

Great! Kenny was punctual and patient with the projects. Cleaned up after working, friendly, is sending me a referral to a furniture builder that he knows for another project. 2 week wait at this pentacle at the time convenient to us. We are making our list for him to return! Bravo!

Kenny responded quickly to both phone and email messages I left. It took a week or so to work us into his busy schedule but this was not a problem. He was timely and courteous and very organized. When he noted that the weatherstripping I had purchased did not match the color of the door he offered to go out and get the right color! (Excellent!) He is efficient, workmanlike, professional and a gentleman. I'd have him return in a heartbeat for any handyman type jobs.

Very good. Kenny figured out the best way to get these two projects done and then did them well. We also had him look at two other home repair projects and he explained how we could best do them ourselves or at least find out if they would warrant a larger project by a contractor.

Kenny was fantastic - polite, considerate, personable and on time. He did a great job on everything. He worked later than usual to help us prepare the house for my mother.
