+ -1 moreI only wish that I had researched this company thoroughly before retaining them, and I would advise anyone considering use of their services to do so. This company has been sued on several occasions (and had judgements filed against them) for contractor fraud. The building codes for medical offices are extremely strict. Superior either was ignorant of the codes or chose to deliberately ignore them. Medical cabinetry must meet certain standards, and those standards are NOT met by $40 Menard's or Home Depot home cabinets which they began to install. The little work they did before being fired from the job was characterized by extremely shoddy workmanship and was accompanied by excuse after excuse from the contractor. By the time they were removed from the job, Superior had taken us for more than $35,000. Avoid at all costs.
Description of Work: Superior Construction was hired to renovate an office space in downtown Oak Park, IL in preparation for occupancy by a medical practice.
