+ -1 moreIt was evident that our project was not the priority for this contractor. Every phase of the project was over-budget and ran over schedule. The PM of the project could not provide accurate budgets and timeframes. Many times, I had to reach out to the plumbing and HVAC sub-contractors directly to get work done in a timely manner. Finally, there is still water-intrusion in our basement so the quality of work is definitely sub-par. I do not recommend Robert Jahn.
Description of Work: They finished my basement.

+ 4 moreI live in an older home so some issues weren't revealed until the walls were removed. I feel Robbie, Vic and his crew attended to every detail as if they were doing work on their own homes. Even living without a kitchen for the summer, this turned out to be a pleasant experience. That was an unexpected surprise.
Description of Work: I hired Robert Jahn to completely rehab my kitchen and create a banquette eating area, install skylights, a bay window, a TV room and relocate a bathroom. Robert Jahn, Vic and his crew did an excellent job. They moved support beams, completely rewired my electrical panel and did everything necessary to complete job in a timely fashion. Every decision was discussed with me and excellent guidance was provided when needed. They were there everyday, on time, ready to work and do it all CORRECTLY. I am thrilled with the results. I hope to hire Robbie , Vic and his crew again in the future.

+ 3 moreAll of the contractors involved in this project were professional and helpful. The project manager, Andy, helped us through the whole project, explaining everything clearly, giving us options within our budget and making himself readily available. We were given a weekly invoice which outlined all the costs of materials and labor: the costs were completely transparent throughout. The mess was minimal and the cleanup was thorough every work day. The whole experience was positive despite the usual life changes involved in such a remodel. I cannot say enough positive about this company.
Description of Work: This was a huge project due to the structural repairs necessary from an old porch conversion over 20 years ago. The room had to be gutted, reframed, cleaned, insulated and really completely rebuilt. We had the carpeting and plywood floors removed and new oak wood floors installed in the living room. Oak moulding was installed throughout the room along with can lighting in the ceiling. The room was painted. It looks beautiful!
