Description of Work: Pete was extremely professional in his recent inspection of our home that we are purchasing. He was prompt( actually a few minutes early) and got right to work. After he inspected areas, he stopped and gave us an update asking if we had any questions on what he told us. He made us feel like we definitely knew every inch of the house. At times it was hard with 2 realtors lingering around watching every move he did, but he always pulled only us aside and told us what he found. The report itself was amazing! He emailed us a copy AND put together in a binder the full report and sent it to us! He made the report reader friendly and highlighted the areas of concern that needed immediate attention, which was extremely helpful to us. We found Pete on Angie's list. He obviously cares about his career, takes pride in what he does and also enjoys helping others!!! Thanks Pete!!

Description of Work: Checked for mold. Found mold in the secondary pan of the air conditioner and found that its drain was blocked. Recommended that my HVAC company correct the blockage and destroy the mold. Also checked to see whether moisture from outside was coming through the concrete block walls. It wasn't.

RIGHT FROM THE START HE TOLD ME I WAS HIS BOSS AND I COULD ASK QUESTIONS ANYTIME DURING THE INSPECTION. HE UNCOVERED A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS THAT ANOTHER BUILDING INSPECTOR MISSED, WHICH GOT ME A REDUCTION IN PRICE FOR THE PROPERTY. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE HIM AGAIN.
