+ -1 moreI had a central air unit installed by this company around six years ago. It had recently stopped working and a technician came over and diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. The sales contract stated that the unit has a ten year warranty. I had not heard back from them the next day so I then tried to contact them by phone. I left several messages over the next few days but never received a call back. It has been almost two weeks with no call back to discuss the issue. I would not recommend this company because they do not stand by their warranty.

Description of Work: Contractor charged for freon that was subsequently removed. The contractor admitted that he should have confirmed the volume of return air prior to charging (ultimately overcharging) the system. He also pulled the furnace blower motor, reinserted, and several days later the motor was leaking and ultimately required replacement by another contractor. Mr. Phillips was courteous and professional but I have real concerns about knowledge and pricing and could not in good faith provide a strong recommendation.
