Metro Junk Removal

I called Metro Junk for an estimate. They promptly came to see what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate and held to that estimate. They worked efficiently and cleared everythi;ng out in a timely manner.. Everyone was courteous and thorough in the work they performed. I couldn't have asked for better service. Metro Junk is outstanding.

Considering everything they moved, it was an excellent price. I was actually shocked by it. They were very efficient. The gentleman asked me to come check out the garage to make sure everything met my expectations, which I could tell it did. They did a good job on the outside as well, and got everything out that they needed to.

Outstanding. One call to Marion is all it took. He responded quickly to my request and his crew on-site to take away the material within a matter of hours. I can always count on Metro Junk. They are careful and conscientious. They do an excellent job of removing the material and even do a sweep up of the surrounding areas. Definitely will continue to give Marion and Metro Junk my business.

I was very impressed and satisfied with how prompt they were. They arrived at the appointed time, and after checking everything I wanted to do, they got to work. I was impressed with how swiftly and efficiently they worked for only a 3 man crew. They removed everything without a scratch. It was amazing. I would certainly recommend them, and I intend to use them again. The owner told me what he was going to do, and he certainly delivered.

Marion came exactly at the time he said he would to give us an estimate on removing a pile of rotted firewood and some random household junk. His employee Kevin, who came a couple of days later to haul everything away, was quick, polite and asked for a shovel to scrape the dirt off the cement after he was done hauling the junk away. Couldn't be happier with this company and I would definitely use them again.

Marion was very responsive, came by and gave an estimate, and completed the job a few days later. He also recommended an excellent handyman who could do more extensive drywall removal than he was comfortable with.

They answered their phone promptly. They spoke English. They were very direct in their price quote. All of the other hauling services I would called (yes, all) would not give me a price in advance. They said something like: "We will just have to see when we get there.". With these guys, I described what I had and they quoted me a price. They were on time, even early. The two guys were friendly, got the job done promptly, and thanked us for our business. I was glad I didn't go with the big companies that went by weight, dimensions of the items on the truck, etc.

Couldn't have been simpler. Marion came by incredibly fast to provide an estimate, and later that day the workers showed up at the designated time to remove the junk. They were polite, professional, and efficient.

I ended up with a day off and called Marion that afternoon to set up a time to have him come by and take it. He stopped by at the end of the day, gave me the price and picked it up at the same time. I have used Metro before and will use them again. As usual, Marion was polite, pleasant and professional.

Emailed Matas, he asked us to call to set up a date and he came with a large truck. It was all done quickly and professionally.

Just before a remodeling project started, I had to remove a very old plaster and mesh ceiling in our basement. It was ridiculously messy and I needed to get the debris out of the way quickly. It was way to much for my trash and too small for a dumpster. I called Metro and Mario came out same day to give me a price. He came back the next day and got rid of everything quickly and efficiently. Even offered to grab some junk alongside my garage while he was there and didn't charge me extra. I would definitely use them again- good, reliable service and nice folks.

Called Marion and he was at my home within the hour to give me an estimate. He's as professional as they come. The price he quoted was very reasonable. Scheduled the job for the upcoming Friday. The three workers who arrived RIGHT ON SCHEDULE were professional and extremely courteous. They rid my basement of a HEAVY console TV, a HUGE foam chair, a queen size mattress, and a broken treadmill among other things. I couldn't believe they managed to get that foam chair through the door. Then they took some junk from my garage. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely will call them again if the need arises. This company is responsive and their service is top notch.

Marion gave me a good price, his guys came out as scheduled to pick up my sectional and were very professional. I'd definitely use them again in the future as the need arises.

Came the same day that I called, arrived at the agreed upon time, and I payed the agreed upon price. Very courteous over the phone and in person. I was very pleased with the service and the price.

Metro junk was fantastic. They were very careful not to damage the house at all as they were moving things out. They were willing to take additional items that I came across. Their price was great for the service--I am so glad that I went with them instead of 1-800-got-junk. Their price was more affordable, their truck was bigger and they were great guys too. I would definitely call them again.

I called, made an appointment, Marion arrived on time, provided me with what I felt was a very reasonable estimate. Marion gave me the option to remove the same day or another date, I chose the same date and all items were removed in the next 90 minutes. They were careful about removing the right items, were very courteous, all three workers were careful to avoid damage to surrounding areas. I would definitely use this company again. Marion, the company owner, is a very pleasant individual willing to explain and answer questions. My interaction with him was very positive and pleasant.

I called Marion, he stopped by, gave me a quote and I OK'd the work. When it was complete I paid him. Fast, honest, a great value.

Didn't have the right equipment to finish the job, but came back promptly (hence the "B" for professionalism, but really more like an A-/B+) and finished it up and gave us a discount for the hassle. Really great guy, up-front, excellent value for price, and good to deal with. Will use again in the future.

Should I have a smaller scale job, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

Marion promptly returned my first phone call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The appointment was scheduled within a few days of my first phone call. He arrived on time and I showed Marion all the pieces that needed to be moved, and all of the junk that need to be hauled away. Next Marion and I walked a few blocks to the second location, which is a rental 3 flat that my husband and I own a block away. I identified what needed to be hauled away. Marion quoted me a price, I accepted, and we tentatively agreed on a date. Marion said he would call me back the next day to confirm the date and time, which was within a week's time. Marion called me the day before the scheduled time to confirm again. On the day of the appointment, Marion called 30 minutes before our scheduled time to let me know he would be arriving on time. He arrived and introduced his two workers to me, and they got busy. All three individuals worked efficiently and safely, taking good care of the surroundings and pieces to be moved. The hauling and moving proceeded as planned, and Marion's workers even moved some heavy window -unit air conditioners around for me. I paid Marion, he thanked me, I thanked him, and that was it! I am a very happy customer - Marion made it easy and professional.

I emailed Marion and he got back to us. We had used him before to take down a fence and haul it away. He is very polite and gracious. The basement was filled with our relative's and our own cast-offs. My husband phoned to ask if he would take two computer monitors and Marion said he would. Marion arrived around 2pm and we all pitched in to get the stuff out.
