Leaf Carpet Cleaning Services

Warning. Please consider the following before you do business with Leaf. February 2021 we needed to have 4 of our carpets cleaned. They charge by the room and the living area was big so they charged it as two. All very fair and the tech who came out was pleasant. Two of the rooms were great when finished. But our living room, which had light soil from wear, had a 20-foot by 4-foot stained path across the rug when they were done. The rug is wool and it appears to me they used the wrong chemicals and it ruined the rug by over-scrubbing the path, making it worse, and dying the carpet a different color. I have called the owner, Ryan, over 20 times (no exaggeration) and to this day he will not return my call. I not only don't recommend them I would warn you to recommend others NOT to use them. They not only ruined our carpet. They refuse to even pick up a call to make it right. I have never experienced this with anyone in Oak Park before.
