They co-ordinated with the building architect to come up with a design that suited our needs as well as theirs. They were very flexible with changes that we had to the designs. They were very knowledgeable. They took us to various places to look at materials to use in the kitchen and dining area. They gave us ideas for ecological materials to use for our kitchen and dining area.

Jason came out to take a look at the property and confer with my contractors. Drawings were complete within 5 days -- the renovations were a basic switch-and-replace, with the removal of a non-load-bearing wall. Jason and Ken both helped in letting us know all the documents needed for obtaining the permit, so my contractor and myself were able to get them. Within one week they went down to get the permit, but found one document was missing. Misunderstanding with all the paperwork floating around, as they had mentioned that document in their initial list. We didn't get it to them, and they didn't notice -- it was a chaotic process so we blame no one! Building Permits are far from fun. After that final application was received they were able to get us our permit, after one other hiccup when the office decided they randomly didn't want to take any more applications the day they were there, and immediately deliver it to our condo. Jason and Ken were both friendly and great to work with, and Ken was even kind enough to talk with my neighbors about their questions about our renovations.
