 + -1 moreExcellent, professional, knowledgeable real estate agent. Gary was patient with all the showings we requested. He was enthusiastic always and we never felt rushed. He really knows the near west suburbs and worked very hard to find the right property for us. Gary was also very helpful when we sold our house -- helping with recommending a stager, and other service providers which helped us get our house in the best "selling shape".
Description of Work: We worked with Gary for both a purchase and a sale and he was all we could ask for in a realtor. Gary was always willing to meet with us for the many homes we wanted to see. We never felt rushed. When we finally decided, he did everything to help get the price where we needed it. Gary was a strong advocate for us. Gary attended our closing and was very supportive. When it came time to sell our house, Gary was very helpful, he provided recommendations for a great stager, as well as a dependable electrician for some small work. He was also very helpful when selecting which offer to accept. We vetted multiple realtors and Gary's marketing plan was far above the others with whom we spoke. His knowledge of the near west suburbs is superb. We strongly endorse Gary and will use him for any future real estate needs as well.

 + -1 moreGary was great to work with. He is very eager and was willing to sell our condo (and even offered his services if we chose to rent instead of selling). The pictures that were taken were beautiful, and the accompanying floor plan on our listing we felt was also very useful and one of the reasons we chose Gary in the first place. All this is standard for him as well. We ended up accepting an offer a little over a week after we listed, and while it was less than we hoped, condos have taken a beating in the market and it was in line with what other realtors thought we could get. We were first time home sellers and he helped us through the whole process which was very appreciated. Would definitely consider him again if we ever choose to sell again!
Description of Work: Gary listed and sold my condo. He arranged the photos to be taken and put up virtual tours of the place with floor plans on all the major realtor websites (and then some).

Description of Work: Gary has been working with my family for years to help us find the perfect home. He's extremely knowledgable of Oak Park/River Forest and the surrounding areas. Gary is always responsive, timely, and extremely communicative. Our situation could have driven a saint crazy but he was always patient and caring when dealing with our very unique situation. He is a well respected part of the real-estate community which is evident in how responsive selling agents were when dealing with Gary about our home purchase.
