The couple arrived promptly, and worked efficiently. They cleaned the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living room well.

I was pleased with the first two appointments. The third crew damaged my vacuum and didn't bother to tell me about it. There was always a language barrier.

Perla and her assistant did a wonderful job with the cleaning. They followed my directions perfectly. The house was completed in three hours.

This was a new home purchase and needed basic sweeping/mopping & dusting - no deep cleaning involved. I was contacted immediately which was great - they arrived on time, another plus - but the actual work was average at best. Again this was a new home purchase - the house was empty and everything was pretty much new. I feel that because of this they felt no work/effort was necessary needless to say I ended up having to clean right after - sweep/mop, wipe down cabinets, etc. - unfortunately would not hire again

I bought a coupon for five hours of housecleaning. The service informed me that if I neede more time, I could book the crew (of 2) for an additional hourly rate. The first visit didn't happen, because there was construciton on our street, and the crew couldn't find a place to park. I understood (though their phone call seemed to want me to solve this problem for them). They were prompt for both this and the next appointment, which happened as booked. When they arrived, with a vacuum cleaner in hand, I told them they could use the one they'd brought, or mine. The English-speaking member of the crew complained immediately that nobody had told him I'd have a vacuum. Again, not my problem. They got started, and I supplied them with cleaning products (rags, sponges, vinegar and water spray for glass, soft scrub and cleanser, Bona for wood floors, Bartenders Friend for stainless steel and chrome (they didn't seem to realize that Bartenders Friend is a non-scratch formula that can be used on chrome and stainless, and refused to use it). While pleasant, I can say that this was possibly the LEAST thorough cleaning I've ever experienced. I had to spedifically ask the second crew member to move couch cushions to vacuum under them in the TV room, where my kids eat popcorn on the couch. She seemed surprised, but willing. However she did not use the wand portion of the vacuum for any other cleaning---under the dresser, near dresser legs, for example-- so after the cleaning, there was dust and visible shmutz where a proper vacuuming would have picked them up. Same for the buffet in the dining room---no vacuuming in the gap between the furniture and the corners, etc. They did a nice job on the stainless exhaust vent above the oven, but why stand on my kitchen counter and stove when there's a step stool right there? Nobody wiped down the windowsills, or dusted the blinds, or did most of the things that I expected a service would do. I offered them a chance to stay on and do a more extensive job, but they said they were "all done". The cleaning I got was like what you'd get if you had a few hours notice that company was coming: a quick once-over no effort at anything but the most visitble surfaces. This review will not come as a surprise to the agency, since I gave this information when they called to see if I wanted to use them regularly. I DO need a regular service, but it won't be this one.

Very, very poor job! 3 people sent. Many things left undusted. Kitchen counter and sinks left dirty. Kitchen floor dirty. At one point all 3 in my small bathroom. 2 were talking and 1 was cleaning. Paid $100 for something I will have to redo.

The 2-man crew left earlier for not so good cleaning job.

Did all but clean the inside of the fridge which was mentioned as included in the ad

They had to reschedule but were good about communicating. Cleaner was friendly and good, and was able to stick around for a little longer (we paid a little extra on site) for just a little more cleaning.

Good except I went through the garbage they collected and found some personal small things that should not have been trough out

the actual person who cleaned my house was excellent. i don't know if i can say her name, but she deserves it. her name is catalina, ask for her, she is very good. the company, express maid, on the other hand, is ok, not very professional. but i would definitely hire catalina hire again.

Very well. Two cleaners were on time, brought supplies but were willing to use some of mine (specialty cleaner for laminate floors). Friendly, helpful, did a good job. I had been sick and slacked off on cleaning, but they whipped things into shape. Coupon was for 5 person-hours. They needed another half hour to finish everything, asked my permission first, then later I called the company to authorize the additional payment.

Although they were 15 minutes late, which was no big deal, the two people who showed up were very nice, and apologized for being late (but didn’t call. They did a nice job, but left after 2 hours, when they shouldn’t have left until after 2 1/2 hours. He said something about only charging me for 2 hours, but I had already paid Angie’s List for the 5 hour deal, and of course, didn’t get any money back. Also, when he told me this, they were all packed up and ready to go, otherwise I’m sure I could have found another 1/2 hour worth of things to do.

Terrible!. Brand New carpet. Asked to not walk on with shoes and did. showed what needed. Bathroom, whole kitchen, closet and dust 5 set of blinds. 2 pp. each took 1.5 hours to do a room. Rooms were just not used. Surface cleaning needed. Took forever and said I could add more time to get job done. Like they planned to not finish. Never would hire again.

Great job. The person was on time, polite and did a great job.

I think most people will be very happy with the work they do. They were on time and worked very quickly. They did a good job for the money. I have found someone who charges a bit more, but does a better job.

The two women that have been here through Express Maid are extremely thorough and professional. I appreciate that they go above and beyond to do a deep cleaning every time they are here.

The service went well. There's nothing I would complain about.

It takes about 4 hours for a couple that comes every week.

It went fine, very reasonable price, good work and friendly,
