Description of Work: They came out to perform a complete house cleaning that we have them perform monthly. When they were in the bathroom, they knocked over a floor mop. The mop hit the top of the bathtub and put a gouge in it.

Description of Work: I bought the "offer"of six hours of housecleaning online, and scheduled a housecleaning. An industrious team of two women came and cleaned my house from top to bottom. My house was extremely dirty, and they stayed an extra 1.5 hours to finish. The top of the house was cleaner than the lower floors. They missed under two beds, and missed some dusting on the lower floors. My guess was they were running out of time and they probably should have started with the dirtiest part of the house. Nevertheless, they were efficient and house looked good. I would use the team and Express Maids again, definitely.
