Responsive, professional, came in at budget. Worked efficiently with little disruption to owners.

CSR did a great job in just one full day. They were oringinally recommended by a reputable building inspector. Their bid was very competitive, and the scope of work was fully provided in understandable format with the contract. They addressed all my areas of concern in a professional manner. Pete Cairo, owner was very cooperative and helpful throughout the process. We did experience a problem with the delivery of materials when the supplier's truck left an indent in a part of my driveway. It was not CSR's fault. However, CSR's owner, Pete Cairo made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. He took an active part in the entire process. The job was done in one day to the amazement of my neighbors. It looks great and I have not had any problems over a year later. I would recommend CSR to anyone, though I think they deal more in commercial property. CSR is a GAF certified contractor, and I certainly would recommend getting a proposal. My only suggestion to people regarding product is that if you are extremely fussy, you may consider the Ultra HD shingles. I didn't think it's worth the extra cost.

I felt that they were dishonest. They charge on an hourly basis. If you hire them, you better ask them how they calculate the hours. They inflated the hours they worked on our invoice and overcharged us by a couple of hours. When we called to complain, they said that they start charging from the time the van leaves their office to the time they finished the job. Their roofer did the work and was at our home for about an hour but we were charged for 2.5 hours because of the 1.5 hours it took for the van to arrive at our home.

They were fantastic. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was completed before it was supposed to be. They were not pushy at all. They asked me what I needed and told me what they would do.

Once I signed the contract, the work was promised within a few week period based on the weather, plus they were able to do the work over a weekend when employees were off. The work was performed efficiently. CSR has maintained this roof since 1995 when they had installed a new roof on the building. For the past 15 years they have provided annual maintenance and inspections. They have been prompt and kept the roof from having any major problems over that period.

They were good. They were responsive, and we are calling them back out to check a leak we are having in another area. Their price was comparable to other bids we received, and they were very punctual. We were happy with them and would use them again.

The work was completed on time and nicely done. The original estimate was a $1300 more, but because there was less work required, they only billed for time and materials. The area was left clean and they removed all debris. They even finished a day early.

They are the same company that replaced my roof on my home and I am happy with the work they did on my garage too. They are very hard working people and really take pride in the work that they do.

They were wonderful. They were on-time, responsive to problems and did an excellent job. It was finished within the contracted period of time. Everything was predictable, there was no guessing. Follow-through was good too. We have hired them for our semi-annual checkups.

QUOTED $1500 TO $3000 TO REPAIR LEAK, LOWER PRICE BASED ON TEARING UP ROOFTOP DECK ONLY, HIGHER PRICE IF NECESSARY TO ALSO TEAR UP WOODEN PLANTER ON DECK. I FOUND ANOTHER COMPANY WILLING TO MAKE REPAIRS IN THIS LOCATION AND ABOVE ANOTHER UNIT FOR $1000. THE OTHER COMPANY SUGGESTED MAKING MINOR REPAIRS FIRST AND SEEING IF IT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM BEFORE TEARING UP ENTIRE ROOFTOP DECK. THESE MINOR REPAIRS DID SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS.

ONCE WE TURNED IN THE PAPER WORK, THEY WERE HERE NEXT DAY. IT WAS A REALLY PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY RETURNED ALL OUR PHONE CALLS.
