Description of Work: They rodded the basement pipe without any problems. However, I gave them video tapes made from a pipe camera with a view of the front yard pipes to permanently solve the problem that caused the need for rodding. They promised to look at the tapes and provide an estimate for permanent pipe repair. The estimate never came, and they lost both of my tapes. They promised many times to return the tapes and yet never did. Each time, they insisted that the tapes would be returned that day. It never happened.
