He helped us negotiate the price downwards, helped us locate an excellent lawyer and inspector and was amiable and responsive all the way through the process. Some realtors won't do this kind of work because their final percentage is less than in a regular property sale, but he was attentive, reliable and helpful, throughout the various complications of this sort of transaction.
