They know exactly what to do. They came promptly. In addition to the work I brought new rug pads it was included in the price. They did a beautiful job, the jobs were fresher. I am really happy with them.

Great! Both rugs are about 100 years old. I needed some reweaving (this is a time-consuming and detailed task, and costs more than cleaning) done on one of the rugs and both needed cleaning. Everything was completed without any problems. I also bought rug pads for both. The pricing was very reasonable.

They picked up and delivered when they said they would and cleaned the rugs well.

I had already used their services once before earlier this year. I paid $80 to $90 for their service this time. I was very happy with their work. They were coming in before I was going to be. I knew I could step in there and get the rugs picked up. They even offered to come and get them although I was not sure if it was to pick up or deliver or to do both. They offered that but I was going to be there anyways and there were some big rugs. They washed them and air dried them. I did not have anything to compare their price with but I was satisfied with their price. I have only used Chicago Rug Gallery for cleaning my rugs but next time I would like to try some other service provider.

Job was done right, in the time promised, and at a reasonable (discounted) price

One of the staff had come two weeks ago to take the rugs, and he brought them back the day he said he would. Chicago Rug Gallery did a fantastic job, and I am very pleased.
