.I contacted CertaPro and within 24 hours heard back from Jay. I work during the day but he was willing to meet with me in the evening and he gave me the estimate on the spot. It was great. Anytime I contacted Jay he responded right away. He is so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. CertaPro also access to something called EZpay which provides a loan, interest free for one year. All in all, every step of the way I had great experiences with Certapro and Jay, and Camile in the office. I couldn't be more satisfied.

We had our entire condo (approx 1700 sq ft) painted, as well as some extensive wall patching in one of the bedrooms. The CertaPro guys did an amazing job. They were on time and professional all three days that they were here. They moved all the necessary furniture and covered everything up each day. They were also really good about cleaning up at the end of every work day. We will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with CertaPro. Jay was very professional and worked with me on prioritizing to get the job done within our budget. He was punctual and had great follow-up. This was a massive job and the team worked with us and the other contractors as we had multiple projects going on at once. Jose brought his team of painters and did an awesome job. They checked in with me throughout the project to make sure I was happy with the work, often staying late to get the work done as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Everything was great from start to finish. Jay, who did the estimate, gave us quite a bit of information ahead of time and answered our questions. The painters did a great job, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They came back and addressed some touch-up concerns that we had in a timely manner.

CertoPro did exactly what they said they would when they said they'd do it. Good crew. Even found a hole in my roof that they offered to fix (I paid, but completely worth it). Also did some wood replacement on my deck and front porch. Small additional charge but not a big deal as i would have had a whole new crew out to get it done anyway. The owner (his name escapes me) was extremely responsive and dropped by each day to ensure that the project was on target. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. I came across 2 gougers during this process who were double, even triple CertoPro's price.Would absolutely use again!

CertaPro came out the day they said they would. They powerwashed and stripped the front stairs on Day 1. The second day they sanded all th rough edges on the stairs and then stained th wood with Rym Wood Stain. A product they recommended. It cost a little more up front, but the stairs look great. I also had them paint a room inside after we had water damage in the ceiling. The room is now the nicest in the house. These guys are great. They did the work they said they would do, they did it the time they promised. Mark

Excellent service from start to finish. Estimate and scheduling very timely, painters professional and courteous, on time, excellent work.

The guy who came out to do the work and bid was absolutely good. We liked him a lot. They did a really good job. We had them do our living room, which is pretty large, which was built in 1916. It has some built-in bookshelf and some old windows that have trim around it. They painted on the edges around the windows, and they did the work without damaging the window. We have a stained glass in our house, and it is also a ritual to our house. I was concerned about it; but they took a great care, and were careful around the area. They also recommended some colors for the large trims on the crown molding, and for the ceiling. They did a good job. They were great. The only thing was that baseboard molding at the top, needed to be off a little bit, and the caulking job looks a bit messy, so that's probably the only thing. Since it is an older house, it has a little imperfection; so, anything happens that way it blends in. The radiator in another room had chipping type of paint originally, so we asked him to take it down and repaint it. They repainted it, and it couldn't have been better; but we could still see where the old paint was. Those were relatively small things. It is an old house, and imperfection is a part of the deal. Their pricing was fair. I felt a little weird because over the phone, they quoted us a lot less, and when they came out, they quoted me a lot more. I think it may be because they didn't realize the details about what happened in the house. I actually didn't shop around. The guy who came out had a great communication. He gave me a thorough checklist of exactly what they were going to do, and more specific than any other kind of quote I got. I had to do a quick time moving into the house, and I had a short period of time where they could come in order to paint. They were able to meet the timeframe. The room size does not actually matter because our living room is the biggest front room. We got a bid from other people for the backroom, and we went with someone cheaper because it is not a room that is used very much. I am pretty sure he won't do the kind of job Certapro of La Grange IL did. If I had a room that matters to me like kitchen and the dining room, I would use them.

They were both very accommodating on anything I needed done. It was satisfactory. They had to comeback because they had painted the windows shut and needed to fix that.

It turned out well. It was done in a timely fashion.

I had originally gotten them through Costco. There was a discount given through Costco. When some additional work needed to be done, they didn?t extend the discount. They had to come and redo a small amount of painting, which they did come back and do the repair work with no problem. I would consider getting an estimate from them in the future.
