Description of Work: Fabricated and installed new bathroom door. Due to the construction of the walls in our condo 3.5 inches thick it was necessary to fabricate a door jam and frame. Andy did an excellent job, we could not be more pleased with the finished product.

Description of Work: I had a wonderful experience with Andy Sjostrom. I had a delimmma with a delivery that would not deliver up to my third floor apartment. I called Andy. He responded immediately. Came and brought up the electric fireplace during his lunch break and sent someone the next day to assemble it. They are very friendly, punctual and go out of their way to please the customer. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They did numerous small jobs at a house we bought. They were extremely cooperative and adapted well to changing requirements. I was quite happy with the service and the quality of the work. They are not cheap, but the professionalism and quality are worth it.

Description of Work: Andy completed several projects for us around the house - painting (inside and outside), caulking, fixing door knobs, repairing cabinets and installing electrical outlets. Overall I found him professional, courteous and punctual. Total price was very similiar to the proposal amount. Had no problems and I'd highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Andy was very professional throughout the process of estimation and performance of the work. He did an excellent job fixing a persistent gutter leak. While fixing the site I had identified, he found another spot, and fixed that as well for no extra cost. In addition he diagnosed a plumbing problem in our basement - no charge for that either. I have another home maintenance problem, which is beyond my skill leve, and I plan to call Andy for that, too.

Description of Work: I called Andy to see if he could come and resolve a problem we have with a new floor installation. He responded in less than 24 hours via email and referred me to a person he felt could solve the problem. He even empathized with me about having the floor laid 3 times,and how frustrating it must be. WOW! Someone who understands. I called the referral person,Tom Woods, and talked to him on the phone.He knew exactly what the problem might be and made total sense. I am doing an Angies report on him next. Both Andy and Tom(referral)took a lot of time and patience to help me out.All of this was for FREE! I am so happy to have someone give me an answer. I will be calling Andy for future jobs and referrals and look forward to working with him.

Description of Work: Although I did not use Andy's services due to location restrictions, he researched possible solutions to my old window problems and suggested an alternative contractor. We used email effectively and I felt comfortable with him and would have used him on this project. Have yet to contact this new contractor.
