Description of Work: I did not live in the property I sold. I was very aggravated at times because the individuals that showed my property didn't treat the property with respect. I had large heating and air conditioning bills to pay due to the lack of follow through after looking at the property. They turned up the air and heat and this cost me significant monies. I really liked my realtor however, I felt that a better job could have been done to control the in an out of those people looking at my home. There was wall paper torn off the walls in the basement which was really disturbing to me. I spoke with the manager of the company to no avail. She told me it wasn't her responsibility to control what others did on my property. I was not pleased with this response. It was costly to me.

 + -1 moreThis lady came with great reviews but I didn't get that kind of experience although our exchange was short. I make good money and have owned my own home. I decided to sell my place and look for a rental simply because I didn't want the upkeep for a while on a place. I sent her a text saying I got her name off of Angies's list, I was looking for rentals and wanted to know if she could send me some listings off the MLS. Not only did it take her almost 3 days to respond but she responded with an abrasive "Fine I can send you listings BUT no one is going to consider you unless you have above average credit." To me that was a rude comment, unprofessional and for some reason she either assumed I had bad credit or was too dumb to know they check credit. Well my credit score is nearly 800. So I didn't bother to use her. A polite, "Sure I'd be happy to help you" would have been more appropriate. She was note professional AT ALL. Don't use her. There's plenty of other/better realtors out there.
