I called Pete's and was able to get an estimate the next day. The person who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I called,received my estimate, and had the work done all in the same week!!!! They did an excellent job. The yard looks great. I was very happy with the services and would recommend Pete's to anyone looking for a landscaping company.

They're very good, very reliable, and show up on time. They're reasonably priced too. Overall, they're great. They come, do the work, and don't bother you. They don't autobill -- you have to send a check.

I called Pete's to come out for an estimate on lawn service. They returned my call and came out the next day. After the estimate we hired them and they cut the grass the next day and trimmed the bushes 3 days later. We are now using them on a weekly basis. The workers are friendly and do a good job. I am very happy how neat and clean my lawn and bushes look.

brick that was installed is not the brick we had agreed on in the contract. I did take pictures and video. As we discussed the driveway to be installed, we were very clear that the new portion needed to match as closely as possible to the old. You had recommended the Holland stone sierra and Holland stone prairie based on pictures from the unilock book you provided. Next you told us to make a decision based upon the display that is located outside of Schroeder Material. Upon inspection of the displays you utilized as your companies samples, we decided on these pavers. I will forward the pictures of these displays to you. As you will see the pavers that were installed in no way resemble the pavers you provided for us to choose from. In fact the video I send will show that the pavers installed were not even on display to choose from. In reviewing the pictures in the book you provided from unilock, the pictures in the book from unilock available at Schroeders Material, the displays you sent us to choose from at schroeders Materials, and unilocks website, I have concluded the correct pavers were not installed. This matter will need to be remedied by the installation of correct pavers with no additional cost to me. Additionally, I was not given the option to choose the brick by what they had in the yard. The option you provided to me was to choose from the display at Schroeders Material. Any discrepancy on what is in the yard will need to be settled between you and Schroeders Material. I am forced to hold you to the display you provided for me to choose from.As it stands now, the pavers that have been put in place have not been done properly. As you have already stated, the soldiers are out of line and sand has not been swept in as it should. However the main course is also not done properly. It is not lined up, it is twisting, and the gaps are not set properly. All of the pavers that have been laid, need to be pulled up and redone properly. The borders along the pavers are also not set properly. This incomplete project is also jeopardizing the integrity of the original driveway and needs to be completed.There is also the matter of cleanup that will still need to be completed. The bob cat driver left rubber marks along the driveway that will need to be cleaned up. The grass in front of the driveway, and in back of the driveway, was destroyed and will need to be restored. This especially causes a problem since there is now nothing to hold the topsoil, this will cause runoff if not remedied.Communication has also been an issue with this project. From the time you had your workers on site, it took use over a week to get in contact with your company. We then had you on site on July 11th to discuss the issues at hand. It was not until July 24th that you communicated again. It is imperative that we get this project completed right away. As it stands, the project was due to be completed no later than July 2nd 2014. It is now July 27Th 2014 and you have not given me a clear date on when this will be complete.

He responded quickly to bid on my parents lawncare. He was same cost as everyone else. However, we went with someone else.

I switched to Pete's because my previous lawn care people damaged my backyard gate.This happened three times and did nothing to remade the problem.So I got Pete's through Angie's list no more problems with the gate and to do the same work it's even cheaper. Thanks Pete

I called Pete for a quote for pavers. He was very professional and came out in a timely manner. He did a great job drawing up the proposed site and gave me a quote the next day. Unfortunately, he was not the lowest priced of the 5 companies that came out to give me a quote and I opted to go with another company. I would recommend Pete, though, as I have used him before at my old house and he is very professional.

Overall, it was a pleasure to do business with Pete. I have no complaints. Job well done! I would definitely hire Pete's Lawn Care again.

I don't understand contractors, suppliers, and vendors who arrive at a potential business opportunity and do not follow up with estimates quotes or at least some kind of communication that says "thanks for contacting us, but we're not interested at this time" I refuse to chase people down with my money.

They are doing great. They do a fabulous job. I don’t know how much they charge but I know the yard isn’t that big. I don’t know how much time they spend but they come and cut the grass, they edge it and they clean up everything. They are gone in no time. They do a quality job. The workers that come out are very nice and very professional. They are hard working. There have been no complications at all with the company. They’ve been great to work with. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

I appreciated a formal document listing each service with a good description. He was available later that same week and that was a big plus. His crew showed up on the day promised and was done the same day. They didn't have to tear down anything to get into our yard but used wheel barrows instead of a noisy bobcat. Pete followed up with a call. Very professional and would definitely use him again.

One of the best things about Pete's Lawn care is that you get a person (a very nice lady named Alice) when you call! If you do get Pete's voice mail, he does call you back as soon as possible. Very responsive in this regard. Date of service applies insofar as it was the last time my grass was cut. I've retained Pete as my lawn care provider for the last three seasons. He's done various things, removing trees, trimming and cutting the lawn, and trimming hedges. This year is the first time in three seasons that he's upped the price on the weekly lawn cutting and that was only a $1 a week. Work is always done in a punctual manner, workers clean up after themselves and prices are very competitive. I haven't entered a price, only because I've spent different amounts for the different projects I've had done over the last 3 seasons. Pete would estimate your job on an individual basis.

My experience with Pete's Lawn Care, Inc. was extremely positive and pleasant. My initial contact was my e-mail request for an opportunity to discuss my thoughts and desires with someone from their company. Pete came to my home at a mutually convenient time and walked the entire grounds as I expressed my plans and asked for his feedback and recommendations. He presented options for my desired effect and gave me ideas of costs. He later mailed me an itemized actual estimate for each and every point we discussed. Even though I was not given an actual start date, I could, immediately, tell when the work started. I drove to my home one evening and came into the driveway and the crisp finish of the yard was readily apparent. More work done to the lawns and, subsequently, to the shrubs revealed the company's ability and skill in lawn and shrub care.

It was very straightforward and went very well. One of things that most impressed me was that when I called the office, there is a receptionist who answers. So, there's always someone on the job. I think I might have had to leave a message once or twice, but Pete or someone from his office always responded promptly. I'm very happy with this service and will continue to use it.

They are doing a great job. They are very quick and efficient. I will be using them for lawn work in the future.

These guys are great; I have no complaints at all. They come when they re supposed to and do what they are supposed to do. When it rains, they will come within 24 hours. They are always on time. They are very professional and I will definitely continue to use their services.
