Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on landscape renovation (shrubs trimmed/removed). The woman who answered rudely stated it was $35 per man hour & couldn't seem to clarify exactly what that included. I left my name & phone number & asked to have someone come out, look at the job, & give me a clearer estimate. Waited 3+ weeks & never got a return call. Contacted another company who came out the following day, gave me a price on the spot, & awarded the contract to them.
