Good except I had to call garage man because the door did not level and that was $185.

Our driveway was sealed near dark and there were unsealed portions of our driveway after they left. The company came back about a week later and touched up the spots, but the seal is not contiguous. I can still see where the spots are, even though they are covered with sealant. It was not worth the money that we paid and the hassle that we went through. We have a new driveway and will have to seal again next year to make a clean finish, but definitely not with this company.

We hired them to patch some holes and reseal our asphalt driveway. They quoted us pretty high but knowing it was the end of the season I thought that could be why. They rescheduled 2 times. Once because they couldn’t make it in time and a second due to inclement weather. The time they finally came to do the job, they were 2 hours late and it was pretty much dark already. They said they were going to still be able to do the job because it won’t take long. The quality of the work ended up being very poor. I feel I could have done a much better job. The holes that they attempted to patch were not flattened at all. It appeared as if they threw some asphalt on and left it, not trying to pack it in at all. The sealer was sprayed all over hitting the garage, brick, and a lot of the grass. I expected some sealer to get placed but not this excessive. The sealer was also not applied evenly. You could see large wet spots that pooled and a large dry spot that barely got any sealer. I am not impressed. Even if they were much cheaper, I would advise against using this company. We called the company after the job was done to let them know that they missed holes and cracks. They said that they wouldn’t fix small cracks, but would send someone out to take a look at the holes. No one showed up.

Hired Marco Stein from HomeAdvisor site to seal coat our driveway and fill cracks. Not only had to wait weeks and hear many excuses, but when he did show, he failed to fill majority of the cracks and sprayed a thin coating of sealer that barely coated the driveway. Looks like it was spray painted and he did not squeegee afterwards so even the tiny cracks are now wide open. Small cracks that should have been filled with the sealer are wide open due to lack of material applied and the larger cracks that should have been filled prior to the sealer are still open. Also have overspray on my mulch. When confronted he offered to come back and "fix" it, but never showed after multiple emails and voicemails. All my fault for paying first and trusting HomeAdvisor. Don't trust these guys, they do a crappy job. All other feedback must have been submitted by their family members. My neighbor also hired them to do the same work at the same time as mine, she also got screwed. We both now have to hire a different sealcoater to complete the job that Stein and Sons failed to achieve. Going to cost double what it should have to get it done twice now. Marco also requested that checks be made to him personally, not the company. I doubt he even has a legitimate business. Insurance and license? Doubt it. Beware of Marco Stein & Sons.

Prompt service, reasonable price, small amount of spatter on garage door but generally a quality job.

Communication between company and customer was very good. Year old asphalt drive sealed for the first time - very neat and careful against the house. Wish it had been followed through with more care along the grass where it still shows several mowings later. However, company was great about a return visit to get a few spots that were missed the first time - the first seal is always tricky.

Marco Stein and his crew did an excellent job patching many large and small cracks in my asphalt driveway, then seal coating it with non-coal tar sealant. They were very careful to ensure the "brick frame" around the asphalt was not damaged or marred by sealant. Marco was responsive to my calls and questions, since we were delayed due to many rainstorms, and I had an urgent deadline to complete the project. They are somewhat more expensive, but very hard working/customer focused. Great job!

Did not fill cracks as indicated by contract. Called twice to tell of my displeasure. Although the firm said they would, to date there has been no follow up. Although some rain could have stopped the recall, there has been several days when the repairs could have been made. There has been no notification from the firm as to why no follow up has been made.

Definitely more expensive than others. Work done didn’t match the quote.
