Prompt response to my call about a fallen gutter due to a major ice dam. Within hours, they cleared the walkway & debris for safety. Gutter replacement & other roof repairs were done 3 days later. Excellent & timely communication, follow-up and work. I highly recommend Montes Roofing!

Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. During this time, I was able to work from home without any disturbances and several of my neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the quality of their work and requested contact information for Montes Roofing. Montes Roofing LLC has transformed the exterior of my house. Not only do my neighbors admire it but family members who have seen the â newâ house have been surprised at the transformation.

I hired Montes Roofing to complete a roof reseal and repair all roof stacks to prevent leaks into my home, within 2 months of them completing the work, I had a leak come into my home. At that time I contact them and they sent someone out 5 days later and the workers informed me that they missed a seal when they did the work initially. This resulted in water damage on the ceiling and wall. When I called back to discuss the water damage that resulted from their missed seal, I was told that they would not cover the repair, despite their workers taking full accountability. So, after spending $5,400 to reseal, I have a leaky roof with damage that they are refusing to fix.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. I was amazed that they did my roof in a day. They were very responsive, prompt and careful. Great job Montes Roofing.

Work was sloppy. They were quick to respond but brushed my concerns to the side. They were also pricey. They did not clean up after themselves. Disappointed with work and customer service.

My experience in looking for contractors, you have to call 5 -6 and hope you get one to return your call. Sonny and Robert were the first to call. They understood and respected that I needed to get another estimate to compare costs. I decided on Montes Roofing because they were professional, fair and will stand by their work. Sonny and his team were always professional, responsive and did great work at a reasonable price. The job was done at our 4 unit building in Old town and once completed, you would not have known they were there due to the clean up. I would highly recommend Montes Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to recommend Montes Roofing. They were hard working, on time, and neat. After removing a pre-existing deck from my roof, they discovered that the damage was more extensive than could have been anticipated. The issues were addressed in a highly professional manner and I was impressed with their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Guys were very prompt and worked hard to get the job done right. Would definitely hire them again for future roofing needs!
