My husband and I are so pleased with Kip & his construction crew! Kip communicates extremely well and his crew is quite punctual and clean. They are also very efficient workers. The windows that he ordered went in so smoothly and have impressive quality!!! The siding, facia & soffit really look good. My house feels brand new! Kip also cooperated and communicated with the other contractors who were working on the house, really taking the stress of the construction down. I would recommend Kip to everyone!

arrived on time having quoted a fair price. ran into trouble, wood all around needed replacing. again quoted a fair price when I was in a tough spot for the replacement, and did an EXCELLANT job all around!

Professional service from start to finish. We had a small job but it was treated with courtesy and professionalism. We would definitely recommend them.

We had Kip come out to look at our siding and he e-mailed an estimate the next day. His estimate was detailed and concise. We signed the contract the following Monday and the work was done 3 days later, and completed in one day. Kip's workers were prompt, neat and listened to a few concerns we had. They took care of everything we asked them about. While they were here, we asked if we could have our picture window capped which was not part of our original contract. We agreed on a price and they were able to do the window for us. Kip was easy to work with, his price was competitive, and his work is excellent I would higly recommend Kip Construction. One more thing, since we live in Oak Lawn and Kip is from Oak Lawn, we felt good to give the business to a contractor from our community.

He was very helpful selecting colors and his material reccomendations were spot on. The house looks great. Timely installation. Easy quotation process. Turned out great in the end. Only down side is that they were supposed to come back to clean up siding remnants and boxes left over but never did. Was not a major problem as i had to order a dumpster anyway so i got rid of them myself. other than that, great work and would reccomend to others. I got 4-5 quotes. Kip was the second cheapest of all. In the end it ended up being a very good

It went great from start to finish.My husband had a pretty good idea what he wanted.Kip helped enhanced some of his ideas. We had to pour a foundation all went well everything went as scheduled no problems with any of the details

It was a smooth running project. The company made us feel informed, secure with the workers and they were very tidy. The workmanship was empecable
