+ -1 moreMy experience with them was fine. I had no problems with them whatsoever. They gave me a great price. They took out a few extra trees for me. They did a good job. They came when they said they were going to come and they did what they said they were going to do. They were very personable.
Description of Work: I used the services of Ken's Tree Service. I had a 50-year-old tree in front of my house so they took the tree and stump down. They took everything away and they took a few bushes in the back out for me.

+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly. He responded the next day and I had a quote in two days. They actually showed up a little early with a large crew they had in the area. The work was done very quickly. (The work was done before another company even returned my call.).They threw the surprisingly large amount of trimmings in the chipper, raked up the yard and was done.
Description of Work: They "raised" the tree and removed a large amount of dead branches on a 40 ft locust tree. They also trimmed a white birch away from the house and removed dead branches.

+ -1 moreAgain, Janet was very knowledgeable about her profession. Her and her crew arrived when they said they would and completed the job; left the site clean. Ken's Tree Service pricing was right in the ball park and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: During the Fall of 2010, Janet, from Ken's Tree Service came to my home to take care of our overgrown parkway trees. She was very knowledgeable and explained the correct way to trim foliage and how incorrect trimming could be detrimental to the growth of our trees. Actually, she recommended trimming less then what we would have originally trimmed. She definitely knew a lot about trees.
