Essential Window Washing

I recently used Essential Window Washing to wash the windows and storm windows of my home and I am very pleased with the service they provided. Being an older home, we have both original wood windows and wooden storms, all of which haven't been washed in a very long time. Melesio and Oscar arrived right on time the day of our scheduled serviced and worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete our job to our expectations in a timely manner. They both were very professional, and cared about the work they were doing. Our windows are so clean and clear now, it almost looks like the glass disappears! They also cleaned our exterior light fixtures and they look like new. From the moment I originally contacted the company the entire experience was seamless, professional, and I really felt cared for as a customer. Their office staff was very nice and helped coordinate a site walkthrough to put a quote together. I had reached out to about 5 other window washing companies before hiring Melesio, and Essential Window Washing was the only company to come to my home, give me an accurate quote and actually look at our combination wood storm windows to make sure they knew how to take everything apart and put it back together. I will be using Melesio and his crew for all our window washing needs moving forward.

I highly recommend this company! The technicians are all very professional and do an amazing job. I have a very large window that is very high and difficult to reach. The technicians were well prepared to reach it and did a wonderful job cleaning both inside and out on this window as well as others in my house. They left them absolutely sparkling! I also had them clean my gutters and was impressed with how nicely they cleaned up any debris that fell in the process. Finally, I had them power wash. I had them wash my deck which looked like new when they were done. I have an in ground pool and wanted them to power wash the concrete around it. I was a bit apprehensive because I did not want to disturb the chemicals in the water nor did I want to get debris/concrete chips in the water. I expressed my concern to the technician and he listened and proceeded to go above and beyond to take his time and managed to not disturb the water. The job was impeccable and I couldn’t believe the color my concrete was supposed to be! I love that is company provides so many services and the technicians listen to your concerns and even make recommendations on how to keep your home at its best. Overall, great company!! They are the best around!
