+ -1 moreWe have used Dependable for years to cut our lawn and for the last three years to clear our snow. Until recently, the lawn service has been fine, but it seems they are now in a hurry. Patches are left uncut, and one of my trees was severely gouged. Their employees have asked us several times to hire them directly to do our yard rather than going through Dependable. Maybe the poorer service is because we said no. The C rating is for lawn cutting. For snow removal, you might as well wait till spring for it to melt. We pay in excess of $600/year, and the service is very slow, to say the least. All our neighbors get cleared hours before Dependable shows up. We will be looking for a different company this year. The snow ended about 14 hours ago, but no sign of Dependable.

+ -1 moreThe first year I had them they seemed really good. However, the quality of their work steadily declined in the second and third years. I think their employees worked too quickly. I had weeds all throughout my yard, and it was one of the worst looking in my neighborhood. They even damaged siding on my house while working. I decided hire a different company this year.
