I absolutely love the result! Dean and Kyle listened to what I wanted. The price was competitive. They were punctual, professional and courteous. They even helped me move some furniture at no additional charge. Outstanding job!

Prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend them. Dean and his assisstant work well together and are focused on doing the job right.

There are gaps in the floor, may not have worked with Bella Wood before.

Only one of the providers actually showed even though appointments were made. No follow up. Nothing. The one that did show was money hungry.

He did an excellent job very clean in what he was doing no surprises very honest and creative. We were really really happy.

First of all, the crew was very hard working. They worked diligently from start to finish. One man worked on stripping the old finish off the floors while another worked on removing old nails and filling the nail holes with what I presume was some kind of wood filler. Once the stripping was done then the floors were sanded two or three times (I'm guessing here) to make them smooth. The new finish was then applied. My floors look flawless. They are very smooth and the finish is very uniform and even. The finish is consistent across the entire floor and across all rooms. I am extremely happy with the finished product and I look forward to using this company again on another home.
