+ -1 moreThey were hired to clean our windows and in the process they broke a grid on one of the windows and cracked another one and failed to tell us about it.They failed to put the grids back properly, they left dirty residue in the frames of the door. Never told us that he did it. He said he would repay us for the grid that was damaged. We have called him and called him and he would not respond.

+ -1 moreNEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. IVE SINCE PUT UP MY CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS SO IT IS TOO LATE. WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SPRING. I WOULD PROBABLY GIVE THEM ONE MORE TRY. IF I DONT GET A RETURN PHONE CALL THE SECOND TIME I WONT BOTHER TO CALL THEM AFTER THAT.

Description of Work: I CALLED IN MAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN JUNE; A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, I CALLED TO CHECK IT; THEY DIDN''T CALL BACK. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED. I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO CALL BACK. I''M REALLY ANNOYED!
