Creative Door & Window

We spent $1825 for the door and $295 for installation. It was a custom front door with a wide opening. It was a heavy wood door. I researched before choosing him. I choose him because he was cheaper a little bit. He said he would manufacture it onsite instead of going to another place. He had a place that I could see. Other companies told me they had a shop but when I wanted to see it they actually didn?t have a shop. It was a family business which was passed down by his mother and father. It was a small business and they had the longevity. I went down and interviewed him and watched a man make the door. He has a subcontractor whom he pays like a employee and we liked him too. We met his family too. The quality of the door was good as we watched them make the door. He wasn?t pushy. He was kind. He offered all the options. He catered to what we wanted. He charged an extra $100 for making it custom made. It looks beautiful. The only negative thing about him was that he was a week off. He called us at the last minute we were expecting him to install the door. He said that he was a little behind in his job and asked if he could come the next week. He notified us and we adjusted to it. There was nothing wrong with him. If we had to use anybody then he would be the one whom we would use.

THE COMPANY IS NOT PROMPT AT ALL AND NOT VERY RELIABLE. THE DOOR AND SIDE PANELS ARE DAMAGED AND NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE NEW DOOR REPLACED WITH ANOTHER NEW DOOR.

CARTER WAS PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME.
