+ -1 moreDiligent, persistent, and professional in keeping appointments on time, finding and repairing elusive problems, and keeping the customer informed of status and developments in a timely manner. Tech was knowledgable and friendly and wasted no time in getting to work. A home warranty company was involved and they worked with them to resolve the issue. One of those good repair experiences that are all to rare nowadays.

+ -1 moreWe called Climate Air on Thursday after seeing a sign on Archer Ave. The Heating/Air company we were going to move forward with was being unresponsive so we wanted to see what kind of estimate Climate Air would give us for the work. Joe came out on Friday for an estimate, was on time and was very thorough in explaining what he could do for us. We told him we needed the work done by Monday and he even offered to start work on Friday! We agreed to have him do the work on Saturday. He showed up on Saturday, did exactly what he said he would in a reasonable amount of time. He accepted credit cards right on site and sent a text message with a receipt. We are overly satisified with his work, would use him again and recommend his company and work to anyone. Joe Guzy and his company know what it means to put their customers first...we were losing hope in this industry until Joe came out.
Description of Work: Climate Air (Joe Guzy) moved our air conditioner in our back yard about 5 feet so we can install a deck. They also extended two runs (ducts) and added a third.
