+ -1 moreWhen I called them back in June they told me, its a busy time, and it would take a month, but they would still come out and look and give an estimate, I had to call them back about a month later on 7/11 they did apologize for not getting back, but they will send someone out to speak to me directly. They still haven't gotten back to me or came out.
